My husband and I picked up from Potomac, Maryland and moved across the world in July of 2004. We came to Israel with 2.5 kids and the help of Nefesh B’Nefesh. We started this blog as a shout out to family back home, letting them know what we were doing and experiencing. And over time, I discovered that I love to write, and that I love to share the incredibly inspirational, sometimes heart-breaking, and always interesting trials and tribulations of our lives here.

And then, as my kids grew, I started to share how funny they were, and how funny they continue to be. I share our travel adventures, my reading passion and so much more.

This blog has really become a great love of mine. I’ve been writing consistently, month in and month out, since 2004. I hope that you’ll be part of the journey.
